DEXIN is one of the leading manufacturers of multi leaf springs & parabolic springs, including agricultural, 4WD, off trucks, LCV, MCV, HCV, passenger car, caravan, mobile machinery shop, boat trailers, trucks & semi trailer springs.

The unit automation production line (equipment) includes:

Cutting line. From loading to unloading, punching, and stacking, has achieved fully automated production.

Short taper rolling. Heated by medium frequency furnace, rolled by block type short cone rolling machine. Other hot working at the end shall be completed synchronously by three station hydraulic press.

The parabolic spring is rolled by using natural gas heating, fully automatic servo rolling mill, robot automatic loading, automatic end Hot working, and stacking from loading to unloading, realizing fully automatic production.

The leaf springs eyes are heated with natural gas and automatically rolled with hydraulic pressure. The accuracy of eyes’ roundness and vertical parallelism is high.

Heat treatment adopts automatic loading by robot, natural gas heating in a regenerative stepper quenching furnace, and robot automatic loading quenching, with high control accuracy and good heat treatment quality.

Stress shot peening. Automatic stress loading, strikes the tensile surface of the workpiece through a "high-speed shot flow", causing residual compressive stress on the tensile surface of the workpiece, improving the surface quality of the workpiece, and thus increasing the fatigue life of the leaf spring.

Set assembly adopts efficient flow process. Through preloading, each piece of the assembly is subject to certain residual compressive stress of tension face, with stable arc height and long fatigue life.  

Electrophoresis production line, from loading to transportation, pre-treatment, electrophoresis, drying, and unloading, the entire process is automated, with good coating quality and high production efficiency.
